Game Loading ProblemsThis is a featured page

1) Scrabble Won’t Load

a) Try updating your Flashplayer

i) Get the latest version of Flash Player

ii) Try a stand-alone version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer

b) If you’re using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox, Safari, or Chrome instead. Most users of these browsers have fewer problems than with Internet Explorer.

c) If you want to keep using Internet Explorer try adding Scrabble as a trusted application

i) add "http://global.fb.gamehouse.com" to your Trusted Sites. Here is a link that will help you with that: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/fd277a6b-3722-445b-b32e-1f8e925c385a1033.mspx

d) See if your Virus Checker or Firewall are blocking access

e) Try playing TextTwist (which is also by GameHouse and on the same server) if that doesn't work then you're having a problem connecting to the GameHouse servers themselves, rather than it being a problem with Scrabble.

2) I Keep Getting A Server Error.

a) At times the Gamehouse Servers are just too busy, keep trying or try later

3) The loader stops at "Contacting Facebook".

a) Try using http://apps.new.facebook.com/livescrabble to access the game.

4) I'm in the USA or Canada, why can't I play Scrabble?

a) This is due to licensing rights, in the USA and Canada Scrabble rights are owned by Hasbro and in the Rest of World the rights are owned by Spears.

b) You can play a US and Canada version of Scrabble here.

c) You can play Lexulous here, or there's a Facebook version of Lexulous here.

d) You can play Word Scraper here.

5) I'm not in the USA or Canada, but I still can't play Scrabble.

a) GameHouse use your IP address to determine where you are playing, so if you're using a server which is based in the USA or Canada, unfortunately it's not going to allow you to play.

b) You may be able to get past this by using a Proxy Server [Details]

6) Can I play Gamehouse Scrabble on my iPod or iPhone?

a) Not yet.
